Turning Heads Kennel is a professional sled dog racing and tour company based in Seward, Alaska, operated by Iditarod mushers Travis Beals and Sarah Stokey. Established in 2012, the kennel offers year-round hands-on dog sledding experiences, including summer tours on the Godwin Glacier via helicopter and winter mushing adventures, where visitors can meet and interact with sled dogs, learn training techniques, and experience the sport firsthand. The kennel operates as an active, professional racing operation with a focus on excellence, having earned multiple Best Dog Care awards and boasting a combined 13 Iditarod finishes between its owners.
