Thelda Williams Paw-Pup Park is a downtown Phoenix dog park located at 200 W Jefferson Street that provides a fenced off-leash space for dogs to exercise and socialize. Created in 2018 through a partnership between the nonprofit Downtown Phoenix Inc., the City of Phoenix, and PetSmart Charities, the park is dedicated to the late Thelda Williams, a longtime Phoenix councilwoman and interim mayor. The park operates daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and features amenities including waste stations, water access, shaded areas, and benches for owners.
