MacArthur Dog Park and Recreation

MacArthur Unleashed Dog Park, located in the southeast corner of MacArthur Park at 601 E 9th Street in Little Rock, AR, opened in March 2013 as a public-private partnership project between Little Rock Parks & Recreation and the MacArthur Park Group. The two-acre facility provides a fenced off-leash recreation area for dogs and their owners, featuring separate spaces for large and small dogs, water stations, waste disposal facilities, ample parking with LED lighting, and accommodates over 60 vehicles. The park serves as a community gathering space for dog lovers while supporting Little Rock’s commitment to green space and outdoor recreation, with ongoing community involvement through volunteer opportunities and fundraising efforts for park improvements.
