Golden Gate Park Dog Training Area

The Golden Gate Park Dog Training Area, located at 6335 Fulton Street in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond neighborhood, is a 1.5-acre off-leash dog park managed by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department. The facility features separate areas for small and large dogs with amenities including agility equipment, wood chips and artificial grass surfaces, water fountains, and double-gated entry for safety. Completely renovated in late 2021, the dog training area serves the broader San Francisco community as one of four designated off-leash zones within Golden Gate Park’s 1,017-acre grounds.
