Mountain Lake Park Dog Play Area

Mountain Lake Park Dog Play Area is an off-leash play space managed by San Francisco Recreation and Parks located at 1 Funston Avenue in San Francisco’s Richmond District. One of the oldest and largest dog runs in the city, the wood-chip covered area features varied terrain, benches for owners, and a community atmosphere where local dog owners regularly gather. The unfenced play area offers dogs space to socialize and explore the scenic surroundings adjacent to Mountain Lake and the Presidio trail network.
