Francis Field

Francis Field is a recreational park located on the west side of 25th Street NW between M and N Streets in Washington, DC’s West End neighborhood, serving the community with athletic facilities including sports fields, basketball and tennis courts, a dog park, and an outdoor pool. The field is managed by the District’s Department of Parks and Recreation and is partially part of Rock Creek Park. Friends of Francis Field, a nonprofit organization incorporated in 2008, partners with the city through a “Park Partners” agreement to fund improvements and community programming at the field.
