Haulover Dog Beach

Haulover Dog Beach is part of Haulover Park, a 177-acre public beach park operated by Miami-Dade County, located in Bal Harbour, Florida. The beach features a dog-friendly area stretching approximately 0.5 miles along soft white sand, where dogs can play off-leash between lifeguard towers 2 and 3, as well as the adjacent “Bark Park,” a fully fenced dog park with separate sections for small and large breeds. The larger Haulover Park, which opened to the public in 1948, also includes recreational amenities such as picnic areas, a marina, and is known for its pristine beaches and distinctive clothing-optional beach section.
