Dr Otts Off Leash Dog Sanctuary
About
Ott’s Off-Leash Dog Sanctuary is a 6-acre nonprofit dog park established in 2004 by Dr. Hal Ott, a longtime local veterinarian. Located at 2103 3rd Avenue Southeast in Ruskin, Florida, the sanctuary provides a safe, clean environment where dogs can exercise and socialize off-leash, featuring separate areas for large and small dogs along with ample shade and amenities. Operated entirely by dedicated volunteers and supported through community donations, the facility has become an integral part of the Ruskin community and serves as a resource for dog owners throughout the South Shore area.
