Kolowalu Dog Park

Kolowalu Dog Park is a culturally inspired off-leash dog park located in Kaka’ako at Kolowalu Park in Honolulu, operated by the Hawai’i Community Development Authority. The park opened in February 2025 and features separate areas for large and small dogs, designed with Hawaiian cultural elements that celebrate the region’s historic agricultural and fishing heritage, including double-gate entry systems inspired by traditional mākāhā and locally sourced stone benches and boulders.
