Patsy T. Mink Central O’ahu Dog Park

Patsy T. Mink Central O’ahu Dog Park is an off-leash dog park located within Patsy T. Mink Central O’ahu Regional Park in Waipahu, Hawaii. The nearly 12,800 square foot, fully-fenced facility features separate areas for large and small dogs, with ADA accessibility, drinking fountains, and irrigation, and was established as Waipahu’s first off-leash dog park through a community-originated project. Named after Hawaii’s trailblazing first woman elected to the U.S. Congress, the park honors Patsy T. Mink’s legacy of advocacy for social welfare and civil rights while providing a safe, welcoming space for dog owners and their pets to socialize and exercise.
