Warm Springs Preserve
About
Warm Springs Preserve is a 65-acre protected community space located in Ketchum, Idaho, at the confluence of Warm Springs Creek and the Big Wood River. This beloved gather space, developed through a partnership between the City of Ketchum and the nonprofit Wood River Land Trust, was transformed from a former golf course into a publicly accessible destination featuring restored creek habitat, native plant re-vegetation, ADA-accessible trails, and recreational amenities. The preserve was purchased by the City of Ketchum in April 2022 for $8 million, funded almost entirely by over 1,000 community donations and grants, with ongoing restoration and improvements completed as of 2026.
