Huckleberry Dog Park

Huckleberry Dog Park is a 9.5-acre off-leash dog facility operated by the Nampa Parks and Recreation Department, located at 11370 Smith Avenue between Middleton and Midway roads. Opened to the public in June 2024, the park features fully enclosed play areas with separate sections for small and senior dogs, paved walking loops, misting water stations, dog drinking fountains, restrooms, and parking. Designed to alleviate overcrowding at Nampa’s original Amity Dog Park, this community resource provides a safe space for dogs and their owners to exercise, socialize, and build community connections.
