Katie’s Dog Park

Katie’s Dog Park is a community dog park located next to the Pocatello Animal Shelter at 3100 Avenue of the Chiefs in Pocatello, Idaho. Opened in October 2015 and named in honor of Carol Stenson’s dog Katy, the half-acre park features two separate play areas—one for large, active dogs and another for smaller or leisurely dogs—along with amenities including water fountains, benches, and a shade pergola. The fully fenced facility allows dogs to run off-leash and serves as a popular gathering place for dog owners and their pets in the community.
