Baxter’s Dog Park

Baxter’s Dog Park is a 2.3-acre public off-leash dog park located at 240 Shoup Ave W in Twin Falls, Idaho, offering separate fenced areas for small, medium, and large dogs with amenities including water fountains, picnic tables, and seating areas. The park began in 2011 as a grassroots effort by the Magic Valley Canine Social Club, with community members fundraising $85,000 through T-shirt sales, fun runs, and sponsored events like the annual Dierkes Lake Pooch Splash, supported by the Twin Falls Community Foundation and managed by Twin Falls Parks and Recreation. Open from 6 AM to 10 PM daily with free entry, Baxter’s Dog Park has become a popular community gathering place for dog owners to socialize their pets.
