Hays Dog Park

Hays Dog Park is a seven-acre, free public off-leash dog park located at 1376 US-183 in Hays, Kansas, within the Fort Hays State University Bickle Schmidt Sports Complex. The park features separate fenced areas for small and large dogs, along with amenities including shelter houses, benches, dog water fountains, agility obstacles, and waste stations. Established through the efforts of the Friends of the Hays Dog Park and community donations, the facility serves as a community gathering space where dogs can exercise and socialize safely while their owners connect with fellow pet lovers in the area.
