Heritage Park Dog Off-Leash Area is a 27-acre off-leash park located at 16050 South Pflumm Road in Olathe, Kansas, operated by Johnson County Parks and Recreation District (JCPRD). The facility features a 2.9-acre area for small dogs (under 25 pounds or 14 inches in height) with ADA-compliant paved trails, and a 24.1-acre area for larger dogs with fenced open areas, a small pond, varied terrain, shade trees, and accessible walking trails. The park was established when Heritage Park itself was dedicated on July 4, 1981, and continues to serve the community as a premier destination for dog owners seeking a safe, spacious environment for their pets to exercise and socialize.
