Jacobson Park Dog Park

Jacobson Park Dog Park, located at 4001 Athens Boonesboro Road in Lexington, Kentucky, is a premier off-leash dog recreation facility spanning nearly 8 acres within the larger 216-acre Jacobson Park. The dog park features two separate, securely fenced paddocks for dogs of all sizes, with mature shade trees, water stations, and carefully maintained grassy terrain designed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs to play and socialize. Managed in partnership with the Friends of the Dog Park organization and operated by the City of Lexington Parks & Recreation Department, the facility is free to use and has become a community hub that fosters connection among local pet owners.
