Forest Community Park
About
Forest Community Park is a 115-acre community park operated by Baton Rouge Recreation Commission (BREC) located at 13900 South Harrells Ferry Road in the southeastern part of East Baton Rouge Parish. The park serves families with a variety of recreational facilities including walking and boardwalk trails, baseball and softball fields, a recreation center, tennis courts, dog park, playground, and fishing areas. BREC reopened the park in 2010 following a comprehensive master plan redesign that emphasized protection of natural resources and improved site usage and accessibility.
