Pelican Park Bark Park

Pelican Park Bark Park is an off-leash dog park located at Pelican Park in Mandeville, Louisiana, offering separate play areas for small and large dogs along with amenities including water fountains, pools, agility equipment like weave poles and dog tunnels, a covered gazebo, and a dog rinse station. The park opened in May 2010 through volunteer efforts who raised funds for fencing, water fountains, benches, and other facilities, while Recreation District #1 provided the four-acre land and construction support. Operated by Recreation District #1, the Bark Park is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and serves as part of the broader Pelican Park community facility on Pelican Boulevard.
