Pratt’s Brook Park

Pratt’s Brook Park is Yarmouth’s largest public recreational area, encompassing over 220 acres with six miles of trails for hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and other outdoor activities. The park features diverse landscapes including piney woods, open meadows, stream crossings, a seasonal waterfall, and wildlife viewing opportunities such as beaver ponds and bluebird boxes. Managed by Yarmouth Community Services, the park was acquired by the town in the early 2000s and includes additional amenities such as a nine-hole disc golf course established in 2012.
