Mattie Stepanek Dog Park

The Mattie J.T. Stepanek Dog Park is a 26-acre public recreation facility located at 1800 Piccard Drive in Rockville, Maryland’s King Farm neighborhood. Opened in 2008 and managed by the City of Rockville, the park was dedicated to honor Mattie J.T. Stepanek, a poet and peace advocate. The dog park features separate fenced areas for small and large dogs, each equipped with shaded shelters, water fountains, waste stations, and picnic tables, and is restricted to licensed Rockville residents only.
