Boynton Park
About
Boynton Park is Worcester’s second largest city park, physically located in Paxton, Massachusetts, and managed by the Worcester Department of Public Works & Parks. The park encompasses over 114 acres and features a baseball diamond, picnic areas, and an extensive network of hiking and nature trails that connect to other publicly accessible green spaces. Originally gifted to the City of Worcester through the will of Charles D. Boynton in 1899, the park was deeded for one dollar to be used as a public park for the citizens of Worcester and Paxton.
