Barkside Detroit

Barkside Detroit is an off-leash dog park and bar located at 7960 Kercheval Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, founded in 2023 by co-founders Cody Williams and David Oh. The venue combines a dog park with a full-service bar and coffee shop offering craft beers, cocktails, wine, and espresso, while professionally trained staff members ensure dogs can safely socialize both indoors and outdoors. Since opening, Barkside has welcomed over 50,000 dogs and has expanded to a second location in Southfield, establishing itself as a community gathering space for dog lovers in Metro Detroit.
