About
Mill Pond Park is Saline’s largest community park at 54 acres, located at 565 West Bennett Street. The park hosts year-round activities and events including Movies in the Park, the Mini Mastodon fun run, and the annual Saline Celtic Festival. Featuring an extensive wooden playground, a one-acre dog park, picnic areas, soccer fields, nature trails, and a pavilion available for rent, Mill Pond Park has become the city’s premier recreation destination since its origins in 1845 when a grist mill created the pond.
