Jean Duluth Dog Park

Jean Duluth Dog Park is a 3.5-acre fenced off-leash dog park located at 3567 Riley Road on the northern edge of Duluth, Minnesota, adjacent to the Lake Park Athletic Complex. Opened in August 2016, the park features a double-gated entry, separate areas for dogs under 20 pounds and larger dogs, and was built through significant community volunteer efforts, including installation of donated fencing materials and infrastructure work by local residents. The park is maintained by Duluth Parks and Recreation and serves as a community gathering space for dog owners and their pets year-round.
