Victory Prairie Off-Leash Recreation Area

Victory Prairie Off-Leash Recreation Area is a 2.62-acre dog park located in the Camden neighborhood of Minneapolis at 4701 Russell Avenue North. Operated by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, this popular off-leash recreation area features fully fenced grounds with mixed terrain including grass, trails, and wooded areas where dogs can run, play, and socialize with other pets. Dog owners must obtain a permit from the city to use the park, which is open during standard park hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
