Meeker Island Dog Park

Meeker Island Dog Park is an off-leash dog park located at 471 Mississippi River Boulevard North in Saint Paul, Minnesota, adjacent to the historic Meeker Island Lock and Dam site—the first and northernmost lock and dam on the Mississippi River. The unfenced park features a dog run and dog beach along the Mississippi River at the bottom of the bluff, accessible via the Mississippi River Boulevard trail, and allows dogs to run off-leash under voice control while owners remain in sight.
