Meeker Island Dog Park

Meeker Island Dog Park is a city-operated off-leash dog park located at 471 Mississippi River Boulevard North in Saint Paul, Minnesota, adjacent to the historic Meeker Island Lock and Dam site, which features the first and northernmost lock and dam on the Mississippi River. The park offers a dog run and dog beach along the riverfront at the bottom of the bluffs, accessible via the Mississippi River Boulevard trail, with unfenced areas bordered by the Mississippi River that allow dogs to run off-leash under voice control and swim in designated areas.
