Second Chance Ranch STL

Second Chance Ranch STL is a nonprofit animal rescue located at 272 Hillsboro Road in High Ridge, Missouri, dedicated to rescuing and rehoming senior dogs and cats who have faced hardship, abandonment, or loss of their owners. Founded by Tracy Rumpf after a decade of animal rescue work, the organization provides medical care, rehabilitation, and adoption services to overlooked senior pets, with a mission to give these deserving animals a second chance at life in loving homes. The all-volunteer operation has gained community recognition for its compassionate approach and successful adoption placements.
