Parr Hill Dog Park

Parr Hill Dog Park, located at 18th Street and Kansas Avenue in Joplin, Missouri, is a membership-based off-leash dog park operated by the Joplin Parks & Recreation department. The facility features separate areas for small and large dogs, agility equipment, concrete pathways, and drinking fountains, requiring dogs to be registered and current on vaccinations to gain access. As part of the larger Parr Hill Park complex, which was the last municipal park to reopen following the devastating 2011 tornado, the dog park represents the community’s commitment to providing recreational amenities for pets and families alike.
