Snowfill Recreation Area

Snowfill Recreation Area is a 38-acre off-leash dog park in Bozeman, Montana, established in 2008 and formerly part of the city’s landfill. The park features over 2 miles of gravel trails with views of the Gallatin Valley and surrounding mountain ranges, offering hiking, sledding in winter, and recreational activities for both dogs and their owners year-round. The Gallatin Valley Land Trust led the effort to create Snowfill as a designated off-leash park, making it one of the area’s most popular and scenic dog parks.
