Hidden Valley Regional Park
About
Hidden Valley Regional Park is a 480-acre recreational facility in southeast Reno operated by Washoe County. Opened in 1969 on land deeded by the Bureau of Land Management, the park offers diverse amenities including the Clarence K. Bath Memorial Horse Arena, the Link Piazzo Dog Park, hiking and mountain biking trails, tennis and pickleball courts, playground areas, and picnic facilities. The park is notable for its community philanthropy, particularly through local businessman Link Piazzo, who donated the dog park in 2008 and played a key role in the park’s development and improvements over the decades.
