Wagon Hill Farm
About
Wagon Hill Farm is a 139-acre public recreation area and conservation property owned by the Town of Durham, located along Route 4 near downtown. The town acquired the property in 1989 to preserve scenic vistas, provide open space, and conserve natural resources, and it is now managed in partnership with NH Fish and Game for ecological stewardship and passive recreation. The historic site features trails through varied habitats, shoreline access to Little Bay, a notable 1804 farmhouse, community gardens, and an iconic wooden wagon landmark, and hosts summer concerts, Durham Day celebrations, and other community events.
