Luuwit View Dog Park

Luuwit View Dog Park is a fully fenced off-leash dog area located at 12641 NE Fremont Street in northeast Portland’s Argay neighborhood, part of the 16-acre Luuwit View Park that opened in October 2017. The dog park features grass and gravel surfaces, benches, water fountains, waste stations, and offers stunning views of Mount Saint Helens. The park is run by the City of Portland Parks & Recreation and serves the Russell and surrounding neighborhoods, welcoming dogs of all sizes to play and socialize in a secure, well-maintained environment.
