Normandale Dog Park

Normandale Dog Park is a publicly operated off-leash dog facility located in Northeast Portland’s Rose City Park neighborhood within the 13.69-acre Normandale Park, which was acquired in 1940. The dog park features 1.5 acres of fully fenced space divided into three separate play areas—including one dedicated to small, elderly, or shy dogs and two for medium and large dogs—and offers amenities such as fresh water fountains, pools for cooling off on hot days, free parking and entry, and shaded seating for owners.
