The Off-Leash Area of Fernhill Park is a 4-acre designated dog play space located in the Concordia neighborhood of Northeast Portland at 4050 NE Holman Street. As a public Portland Parks & Recreation facility, it provides dog owners with an unfenced, open space featuring rolling hills, large trees, and grassy areas where dogs can run, play fetch, and socialize. The park is part of the larger 26.71-acre Fernhill Park, which also includes a forest garden, playgrounds, sports facilities, and hosts community events throughout the year.
