Franciscan Park

Franciscan Park, located in Providence’s Federal Hill neighborhood, is a 2.5-acre fenced off-leash dog park also known as Bell Street Dog Park. Opened in 1999 and named after the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary who previously operated social services on the site, the park features paved walking trails, shaded areas, water fountains, and seating for visitors. The park is community-maintained and provides a welcoming recreational space for dogs and their owners to socialize and exercise.
