Raymond F Jones Memorial Dog Park
About
The Raymond F. Jones Memorial Dog Park is a clean, safe, and secure off-leash facility located at 34 Roosevelt Avenue adjacent to the Tiverton Public Library in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Named in honor of Tiverton’s longtime Animal Control Officer Raymond F. Jones, who passed away in 2019, the park opened on June 5, 2022, and features separate areas for large and small dogs, along with amenities including water fountains, shaded seating, double-gated entrances, and waste stations. Built through community donations and the dedication of local volunteers, the park serves as both a recreational space for dogs and their owners to socialize and an important community asset that honors the legacy of public service.
