Page Ellington Park Dog Park is a 1.75-acre fully-fenced off-leash dog park located at 2336 Gregg Street in downtown Columbia’s BullStreet District. The park was designed and constructed by Hughes Development Corporation and gifted to the city, where it is now managed by the City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department. Featuring water fountains, shaded benches, toys, and waste stations, Page Ellington Park Dog Park is free and open to the public daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., making it a popular community gathering space for dog owners throughout the region.
