Vickie Powers Memorial Park

Vickie Powers Memorial Park is a 26-acre public park located at 940 Kathryn Avenue in Rapid City, South Dakota, and serves as the city’s first park north of Interstate 90. Named after a longtime North Rapid community member who passed away in 1995, the park features a comprehensive playground with separate areas for young children, walking trails, picnic areas, restrooms, an off-leash dog park, and various recreational amenities for families and fitness enthusiasts. The park is maintained by the City of Rapid City Parks and Recreation and serves as a beloved community gathering place for residents of all ages.
