Kirby Dog Park at Fort Sod

Kirby Dog Park at Fort Sod is a downtown Sioux Falls dog park located at the corner of 10th Street and Second Avenue. The half-acre facility features separate sections for large and small dogs, artificial turf, waste disposal stations, and benches for owners, providing a safe space for canine socialization and play. The park was made possible through a philanthropic gift from Joe and Jennifer Kirby, who partnered with the City of Sioux Falls to realize the project as part of the city’s 2020 action plan.
