MacKenzie Canyon Run Dog Park

Canyon Run Dog Park is a public off-leash dog park located within Mackenzie Park in Lubbock, Texas. The park features a 2.64-acre large dog area for dogs 30 pounds and over and a 1.02-acre small dog area for dogs under 30 pounds, with amenities including double-gated entry, shade trees, covered benches, sidewalks, and water fountains. The park officially opened to the public in April 2018 following a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by Lubbock Parks and Recreation, the City Council, and the Chamber of Commerce.
