Marc’s Barc Parc

Marc’s Barc Parc is a fully fenced, off-leash dog park located at the Hard’Ack Recreation Area in Saint Albans, Vermont, operated under the St. Albans Parks & Recreation Department. The park was created as a memorial to Marc Carpentier, with his widow Deb DeCell funding the initial fencing and landscaping through his estate, and features separate areas for small and large dogs, benches, and double-gated entry and exit points. Marc’s Barc Parc serves residents of Saint Albans and surrounding communities by providing a safe environment where dogs can exercise and socialize off-leash while owners can meet and enjoy the park amenities.
