Monticello Park

Monticello Park is a 7-acre natural area located at 320 Beverley Drive in Alexandria, VA near the Arlington border, managed by the City of Alexandria Department of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Activities. Renowned among birders for its exceptional diversity of migratory warblers and wildlife, the park features walking trails, a small off-leash dog area, and a creek that attracts nature enthusiasts of all ages. The park has been recognized as a Community Forest by the Old-Growth Forest Network and participates in the Stretch Our Parks program sponsored by the Northern Virginia Bird Alliance, with community engagement including improvements donated by Alexandria Country Day School students.
