Pole Green Dog Park

Pole Green Dog Park is a 1.2-acre off-leash dog park located at 8996 Pole Green Park Lane in Mechanicsville, VA, established in 2015 as Hanover County’s second dog park. The facility features dog agility equipment, two water stations, multiple waste stations, a time-out pen, benches, and a covered bench designed for individuals with limited mobility. The park is open daily from dawn to dusk throughout the year and is operated by Hanover County Parks and Recreation as part of the larger Pole Green Park, a multi-use recreational facility that includes sports fields, picnic areas, playgrounds, walking trails, and a community center.
