Salem Rotary Dog Park

Salem Rotary Dog Park is a fully-fenced off-leash recreation area located at 1301 Indiana Street in Salem, Virginia, adjacent to the Salem Animal Shelter. The park features separate sections for small and large dogs, along with amenities including shade trees, benches, water bowls, agility equipment, and waste bags. Salem Rotary, a civic-minded organization, played a key role in bringing the park to fruition through significant donations, with the park officially opening in October 2011 after a successful community fundraising campaign.
