Off-Leash Dog Area

Mercer Island operates two designated off-leash dog areas for pet owners to enjoy with their dogs: Luther Burbank Park and Wildwood Park. Luther Burbank Park features a 1.25-acre fully fenced off-leash area at its north end with sandy beach access to Lake Washington, a designated section for small or shy dogs, waste stations, and shaded seating areas. Wildwood Park offers an unfenced, open lawn area for off-leash play in a quieter, less crowded setting.
