Fitzsimmons Family Dog Park

The Fitzsimmons Family Dog Park is a network of three dog parks in Wheeling, West Virginia, made possible by generous gifts from the Fitzsimmons Foundation. Located at Tunnel Green Recreation Complex in East Wheeling, Wheeling Park, and Garden Park in Warwood, each facility features separate sections for small dogs (under 30 pounds) and large dogs (over 30 pounds), along with water stations, waste disposal, benches, adequate parking, and is open daily from dawn to dusk. The parks are operated by the City of Wheeling and serve as community hubs where local dog owners can exercise their pets and socialize with fellow dog enthusiasts in the Ohio Valley.
