Otter Creek Off-Leash Dog Park

Otter Creek Off-Leash Dog Park is a 9-acre municipally operated park located at 4503 House Road in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, designed to provide a safe and spacious environment for dogs to exercise off-leash. The park features separate fenced areas for large and small dogs, walking trails, benches for owners, shade trees, and fresh water available May through October, with park access requiring either an annual license or daily use fee. Open year-round daily until dusk, the park is maintained by the City of Eau Claire Parks and Forestry Division and is known locally as one of the area’s premier dog parks.
