About
Jefferson County Dog Park, located off Highway 26 near Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, is a 109-acre facility operated by Jefferson County Parks that provides separate enclosed areas for large and small dogs to exercise and socialize off-leash. The park features two large dog areas and two small dog areas, along with amenities including water pumps, benches, and wooded trails, requiring daily permits or annual tags for access. The first phase, the Terri Tinsley Dog Exercise Area, opened in November 2003, with a major expansion completed in 2009 that added 36 acres to the original 23-acre facility.
